Here's some FAQ's

• I have a great web designer and don't want to change. How can I utilize missingink's services and still keep my current webmaster?
  Keep your current web designer and set up a merch and online shop account with Missingink! We'll work in conjunction with you web designer supplying them with the necessary code to link to your "customized" shopping cart. Then we'll manage the shop and your web developer can manage your site.
  
  
• Do I have to host my web site with Missingink to take advantage of your services?
  No you do not have to host your web site with Missingink to use our shopping cart system. However, if you want to utilize FanLink proprietary programs like the "mi-FanCam" and "mi-Concert Database" you would be required to host your site with Missingink to utilize these custom programs.
  
  NOTE: When you move your hosting services to missingink, you can take advantage of the resources missingink provides with our FanLink software. Your web designer can start using the "InkTools" administrative tools as soon as the site is moved to our server. Then we can begin to help your designer add functional programming that is included with the FanLink Software package! It's just that simple!
  
  
• What advantage does Missingink's InkTools give me and my webmaster?
  Missingink's "InkTools" Control Panel gives you and your developer control over many features that have never been accessible before. You have links to Account Management, Mail Management, Stats and Logging, Domain Management, Utilities, Development Tools, Perl & PHP Applications. • We want to start working with missingink.....but....our groups current web site needs redesigned.
  No Problem! Missingink's web design team can build a site just for you! Once the site is developed we will give you access to the administrative function that allows you to manage your sites functional features like the "mi-Concert Database", "mi-FanCam", "BLOGS" etc. Missingink can help you through the development process and get you set-up with a functional web site that will help you build community and sell your bands merch online!
  
  
• I own an Entertainment Management firm and I need help with multiple clients.
  Missingink has special programs for Management firms that want to work out programs for 2 or more of their clients. Give missingink a call and see what's possible.
  
  
• I'm a web designer and have developed a web site for a band. They need functional features that are just too costly for me to have developed by a programming firm. Can you help?
  Sure we can! We work seamlessly with web designers. If your client needs services that missingink provides, we can work out a program that leaves you in the position of contact with your client. Missingink can then set up your client with a merchandise supply agreement that allows you access to all the features that Missingink provides. Bring in two or more bands and we'll pay a referral fee back to you!
